Harvest Moon: Skytree Village Launches Spring 2017

Rising Star Games announced that an all-new Harvest Moon title, Skytree Village will be available in Europe and beyond for Nintendo 3DS systems in Spring 2017.

Lee Skittrell, the Marketing Strategist of Rising Star Games expressed,

“The Harvest Moon world is a joyful and enchanting virtual space to spend time in. Because we enjoyed such success with our most recent release, 2015’s Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, we are thrilled to once again be able to bring an all-new Harvest Moon to our passionate and loyal community of farming game fans.”

The new title, Harvest Moon: Skytree Village weaves a charming farming story with new features and gameplay mechanics. This title has been shaped by fan feedback and input which make this Harvest Moon game the most rounded, enjoyable and accessible. User-friendly tutorials will allow players to easily jump into the action, customize their farms, and shape the land and water resources. Throughout the adventure, players will encounter a variety of characters with a brand new art style and new character models. There will also be a few returning characters.

The Story

Once a prosperous land known as the Oasis of the Harvest, many people lived peacefully in a lush, green place known as Skytree Village. However, over time the land became arid and dry as the power of the Harvest Goddess began to fade. It’s up to you to give the power back to the Harvest Goddess by nurturing the seven Skytrees back to health.

  • New fishing mechanics, such as expanding waterways to catch rare fish
  • A full town of residents with their own personalities and quirks
